• 1. Introduction

  Welcome to DELEVRY WALE. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Delivery Wale platform (“Platform”) and its associated services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

• 2. Definitions

  “Company” refers to DELEVRY WALE and its authorized representatives. - “User” refers to any individual or entity using the Platform or Services. - “Consignment” refers to goods transported using our Services. - “Dangerous Goods” refers to items that are prohibited or restricted under applicable laws. - “Applicable Laws” refers to all relevant regulations, statutes, and ordinances.

• 3. User Obligations

  Users must provide accurate and complete information about consignments. - Users shall comply with all applicable laws, permits, licenses, and insurance. - Users agree not to ship Dangerous Goods or Valuables (e.g., cash, jewelry, precious stones) without prior approval. - Consignments valued over INR 15,000 must be insured by the User.

• 4. Service Terms

  DELEVRY WALE offers a platform to facilitate on-demand logistics services. - The Company does not own or operate vehicles but works with third-party partners. - The Company is not liable for delays due to force majeure events.

• 5. Payment Terms

  Users agree to pay all applicable charges including tolls, base fares, and remote area surcharges. - Invoices must be paid within 7 days unless otherwise agreed. - Users remain liable for payment even if a third-party or receiver fails to pay.

• 6. Liability and Indemnification

  The Company is not liable for loss/damage unless due to gross negligence. - Users agree to indemnify DELEVRY WALE for: - Misrepresentation of shipment - Legal breaches - Shipping prohibited items - The Company is not liable for non-insured goods or valuables.

• 7. Rejection and Third-Party Claims

  If a receiver rejects delivery, the User is liable for any extra costs. - Users agree not to allow third-party claims against DELEVRY WALE.

• 8. Prohibited and Dangerous Goods

  Shipping prohibited or dangerous goods without approval is forbidden. - Approval must be obtained in writing before shipping such items.

• 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance within the laws of India. - Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, Haryana

• 10. Changes to Terms

  DELEVRY WALE reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. - Users are responsible for reviewing updated Terms. - We reserve the right to suspend/terminate accounts for any violations.

• 11. Entire Agreement

  These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between the User and DELEVRY WALE.
